One day after French First Lady Carla Bruni-Sarkozy told PETA that she no longer wears real fur, Obama made her own animal-friendly announcement, the Washington Times reports. “Mrs. Obama does not wear fur,” her deputy press secretary, Semonti Mustaphi, said Thursday.
