Apparently Bret Michaels has nothing better to do than continue to talk about the whole Tony incident! The California Supreme Court has rejected an appeal made by Chris Brown ’s attorney, Mark Geragos, to view confidential LAPD files regarding the illegal leak of Rihanna ’s evidence photo. Geragos hoped to fid the source of the leaked photo. Sources are saying that a pair of chief police officers in Ohio were planning a severe criminal act, rather than stopping one. The duo, Martins Ferry Police Chief Barry Carpenter and Bridgeport Police Dept. Chief Chad DoJack were allegedly planning on breaking into the home of Sarah Jessica Parker ’s surrogate mother, in order to gain information marketable for the tabloids. Shocking! Though the plans never went through, the authorities have seized several computers as evidence. It was believed that the men were after photographs displaying the living conditions of the home. As of now, only one of the two officers has released a statement. Police Chief Barry Carpenter said: “I’m 100% innocent in this and my department is as well.” People can be so ruthless! The shit is about to hit the fan! Usher is demanding every document that ex-wife Tameka Foster collected during their 11-month marriage! Wait, we thought they were married for 2 years?? According to the legal docs, the couple has been separated since July 2008! Anyway, Usher is asking for a laundry list of “tax files, paycheck stubs, bank account information and other financial records, insurance policies, real-estate rental agreements, medical records and automobile registrations” from Tameka, but Ush is also asking for a whole load of other documents. The R&B star might think Foster hired a private investigator to find out if he was cheating on her, because Usher is also demanding “notes, cards, letters, photographs, film, documents, tapes, voice recordings, gift, jewelry, clothes… detective reports, photos or recordings that have resulted from either ’surveillance or investigation ‘” from his babymomma!! Damn! We can’t wait to hear what they find!!! The legal documents issued to Prejean on Tuesday read : “If Carrie Prejean wants to assert in public that she was courteous, cooperative or professional in her conduct as Miss California USA, the history of her churlish insolent misbehavior can be presented.” Turns out Prejean lied when she publicly said she didn’t sign on for a book deal! Along with fibbing about her book deal, the former Miss Cali also turned down 39 public appearances!!! 39! And the kicker? The legal docs claim Prejean is guilty of defamation herself when she stated that Miss Cali rep Keith Lewis “pressured” the homophobe into appearing in Playboy ! A temporary restraining order was issued today against onetime American Idol hopeful and all-around creepster Miranda Tozier-Robbins , the woman found trespassing on Brit-Brit’s property back in April. She was set to also to be arraigned on two misdemeanor charges this morning, but the hearing was put off for one week after she showed up more than two hours late, claiming that she took the bus from Inglewood to Malibu and hit traffic. It’s a good thing she did show up, though, as the judge was prepared to put a warrant out for her arrest. Upon her arrival, the judge informed Miranda of the change to her hearing and also waived the “$5,000 bail provided she returns to court next week, which she agreed to do.” Miranda also announced that she would be defending herself, which wasn’t the smartest move when the judge announced that she would not be getting back the confiscated footage she shot at Brit-Brit’s house; “the judge said he would wait a week before deciding on returning it.” As she left the courtroom and was approached by reporters, she refused to speak and was visibly upset: “I don’t talk for free,” she said. Eddie’s company, ELVH Inc, filed a lawsuit last week citing copyright infringement, in which they are seeking monetary retribution and “the impoundment and destruction of all footwear.” A little extreme!
